  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the services of L-Alberto Construction LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

  1. SERVICES

L-Alberto Construction LLC provides professional general contracting services in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

 

  • Home remodeling and renovation
  • Custom interior trim installation
  • Structural and residential framing
  • Hardwood, LVP, and tile flooring installation
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Porch and deck construction
  • Fence installation
  • New construction projects

 

  1. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope of work. A written contract will be provided before any work begins, outlining the agreed-upon scope and pricing.

 

L-Alberto Construction LLC offers free estimates. We are committed to transparent, detailed proposals with no hidden costs so that clients know exactly what they are getting.

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

 

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of work
  • We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement

 

  1. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Project schedules are established based on mutual agreement between L-Alberto Construction LLC and the client. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or other fees as specified in your service agreement.

 

  1. WARRANTY

L-Alberto Construction LLC stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranties typically cover installation and construction defects but do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

 

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure successful project completion, customers agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate information about the project site
  • Ensure access to the work area on scheduled dates
  • Remove personal belongings from the work area prior to work start
  • Obtain any necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
  • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly

 

  1. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from L-Alberto Construction LLC, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your service inquiries, appointment reminders, and project updates.

 

Description of SMS Program: L-Alberto Construction LLC uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients about service inquiries, free estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, project status updates, and customer service support.

 

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
